Drone Amplified’s Battery Insulation Pouch for Alta X batteries is designed to keep your batteries warm and improve battery performance in cold weather conditions. The D.A. Battery Insulation Pouch helps trap heat generated by the battery during operations. This keeps your battery within its optimal discharge temperature range, ensuring you maximize performance and improve cold weather flight duration. 

Batteries used on the Alta X perform best within a discharge temperature range of +10°C (50°F) to +60°C (140°F). Operating below +10°C reduces battery performance and shortens flight time.

For optimal performance, keep your batteries in a warm environment before flight. Once the battery is in use on the drone, it will generate heat. When in use, the D.A. Battery Insulation Pouch helps retain this heat, keeping the battery warm during operation in cold weather.

IMPORTANT: 

• Do not use the battery pouch if the operating temperature is +10°C or higher.
• Do not charge the battery with the battery pouch on the battery if you’re charging in temperatures at +10°C or higher.
